I use Inessa services for about a year. She is fluent in both English and Russian. But her approach for facials is definitely in good Russian tradition. Instead of pushing expensive procedures she would normally offer standard facial the first time you come and then depending on your skin offer you possible treatment that will benefit your skin. I appreciate her recommendation on my skin care. I do enjoy the atmosphere with fluffy grey towels and blankets and relaxing spa music during my procedures.
